Sweet Potato

A festive sweet potato salad is exactly the side dish that is nice to place in the center of the table on Shabbat or a holiday. The sweet potato cubes are baked until soft and browned, get a sweet coating of chili and sesame, and are finished with toasted almonds that add an excellent texture.
