Mayors from the West Bank, Beit Shemesh, and Jerusalem corridor protested at the Ministry of Transportation on Wednesday over the severe collapse of public transit services operated by the "Tnufa" company.

Children from the Beit Shemesh kindergarten, whose original building was damaged by a missile strike, began the school year in a new location. Following rapid preparations, the school year started on schedule. Mayor Shmuel Greenberg visited the site to welcome the staff and children to the new facility.
