Robotic Vacuum

Israeli television figure Haim Etgar removed a robotic vacuum cleaner from his home, warning that internal mapping and camera data could compromise domestic privacy.

Taiwan: A man who suspected his wife was meeting a lover at their vacation apartment connected to the robotic vacuum cleaner's listening device, discovered she was not alone, activated the camera, and saved videos of her walking around naked while a stranger lay on the sofa. He sued and won $15,500, but then lost to his wife in a countersuit for invasion of privacy and was sent to prison.
