After the commanders of the Air Force and Navy set goals for purchasing thousands of munitions for various arenas, including Iran, Walla has learned that the deals may be delayed due to the Treasury's demand for legislation to increase the deficit. The army is embarrassed by the conduct of the government and the Treasury, as there is currently no ability to pay the US.

The government is expected to approve today, Sunday, the transfer of one billion shekels for defense procurement defined as "urgent." Most of the funding will be reallocated from the Ministry of Economy and Industry budget intended for investment and employment initiatives.

850 million shekels will be diverted from a budget intended for investments in the technology sector at the Ministry of Economy, and an additional 150 million from unallocated funds. The document emphasizes that without approval of the decision, it will not be possible to execute the procurement.

The government will approve this morning the allocation of an additional one billion shekels to the Ministry of Defense for 2026. The funds are designated for classified and urgent security procurement.

The Israel Police is preparing a tender to replace motorcycles used by Yasam and detective units. The decision follows numerous complaints from officers regarding engine heat, electrical faults, and operational difficulties.
