The state-Haredi stream's Talmud Torah schools were left without a building. Parents are furious, claiming that Shas representative Avi Amsalem and municipal officials are blocking the establishment of the institutions. MK Moshe Tur-Paz, who arrived at the protest, said: "Shas blocked the move." The municipality has yet to respond.
