The UEFA Europa League returns with 17 matches on Thursday, highlighted by Lyon facing Crystal Palace, AC Milan visiting Salzburg, and Juventus playing Celta Vigo.

Juventus is one of the biggest teams in world football, but the rest of the Israeli champion's rivals are also a difficult hurdle, and some of them have glorious traditions. These are the teams that will face the last remaining representative of Israeli football in Europe this coming autumn and winter.

A bizarre incident occurred during the traditional friendly match of Juventus against the club's reserve team at the Allianz Stadium. Dozens of fans stormed the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate with the players, but the event ended in an embarrassing injury for defender Federico Gatti.

Two weeks before the start of the new Serie A season, a friendly Derby d'Italia took place in Perth, Australia, where Inter defeated Juventus 2:1. The champions were superior to their rivals, scoring once in each half. Federico Dimarco opened the scoring in the 20th minute, and substitute Andy Diouf doubled the lead in the 62nd minute.

Raisa Bellini became one of the most prominent figures in the tournament's stands thanks to her daring appearances, and now she talks about the messages she received from football figures. And yes, she plans to star in Euro 2028 as well.
