The Fox Group has signed a new agreement with the other shareholders of the popular fashion brand, increasing its holdings to 63%. In the first stage, the group will purchase 7% of the company's shares for 11.5 million shekels, while its two partners will each retain 18.5%. The agreement also includes a mechanism for further increasing the stake in the coming years.

For the first time in his life: Goalkeeper Daniel Peretz, partner of Noa Kirel, has been chosen as an ambassador for a fashion company in Israel and will star alongside none other than Bar Zomer, who replaces Rotem Sela in the role.
