Israeli photojournalist Ziv Koren will present Israel's story over the past three years in London on Tuesday, through harrowing images of the October 7 massacre, the ensuing war, and societal resilience. The initiative, led by the World Zionist Organization and the Israeli Embassy in the UK, comprises two distinct events for British and Jewish audiences.

The events feature photo exhibitions, field footage, and lectures detailing the human stories behind the lenses. The first gathering targets a non-Jewish audience including members of parliament, lords, media figures, and organization leaders. The evening event is dedicated to the local Jewish community, featuring rabbis, institutional representatives, and community members.

Matan Bar Noy, WZO representative for the UK and Europe, emphasized the ongoing struggle for truth and memory amid rising antisemitism in Britain. Koren's photographs serve as undeniable visual evidence to convey the Israeli narrative directly to the British public firsthand.

Recently, an independent review commissioned by the British government revealed alarming antisemitism in educational institutions. David Bell told the BBC that Jewish school heads spend excessive time on security rather than education, sometimes sidelining academics to protect students and staff.
