Zara Israel has updated its delivery policy, eliminating free shipping for online orders, according to a recent market check.

New Delivery Fees Implemented

Starting October 1, 2026, customers ordering online are no longer eligible for free delivery on purchases exceeding 199 NIS, a perk previously enjoyed by shoppers of full-priced items. Standard home delivery now incurs a fee starting at 14.90 NIS with an estimated arrival of 12 days, while expedited delivery within three days costs 29.80 NIS.

For example, a customer purchasing items worth 500 NIS will now pay at least 514.90 NIS, compared to the previous zero-fee policy. In-store pickup remains an option, though some users report logistical quirks such as being directed to pickup points outside their immediate city.

Consumer Impact and Return Costs

The new delivery charges add another layer of expense for local consumers, following previous public scrutiny over price discrepancies between the Israeli Zara website and its Spanish counterpart.

In addition to shipping fees, home-pickup returns cost an additional 30 NIS, which is deducted from the refund. While returning items directly to a physical store remains free of charge, the combined cost of delivery and home returns can add up significantly for online shoppers, changing everyday consumer habits across the country.
