Einav Zangauker Calls Israelis to Hostages Square Sukkah Amid Netanyahu Criticism

Einav Zangauker, mother of hostage survivor Matan Zangauker and a prominent figure in the families' struggle, continues her advocacy during the Sukkot holiday. In a video message, she urged Israeli citizens to visit the "October 7 Negligent Disasters Victims' Sukkah" established at Hostages Square in Tel Aviv.

The initiative, running from September 27 to 29 starting at 17:30, will host Gaza envelope communities, massacre survivors, bereaved families, and hostage relatives for open discussions regarding the failure, pain, and accountability.

"The shocking publications about real-time alerts only remind us how immense the struggle is to hold all those responsible for the disaster accountable," Zangauker stated, adding firmly: "We will not let anyone rewrite what happened and escape responsibility."

The establishment of the Sukkah follows an unprecedented attack launched by Zangauker against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. In a social media post, Zangauker criticized Netanyahu's boasting about returning hostages, accusing him of abandoning many others who were murdered in captivity.
