Yohananof Slashes Produce Prices and Offers Bicycles for 199 NIS
Yohananof supermarket chain launched a massive one-day fresh produce discount for "Fresh Tuesday" on September 15, 2026, offering vegetables and fruits from 2.90 NIS alongside children's bicycles for 199 NIS.

Retail competition in Israel continues to intensify as the Yohananof supermarket chain slashes prices on fresh produce for its traditional "Fresh Tuesday" promotion. On Tuesday, September 15, 2026, the chain rolled out deep discounts across all branches nationwide to help consumers cut their weekly grocery bills on essential food items.
Key highlights from today's shelves include white cabbage priced at just 2.90 NIS per kilogram, down from 3.90 NIS. A wide array of vegetables is available for 3.90 NIS per kilogram, including small baking potatoes, red cabbage, butternut squash, red onions, and beets. Sweet potatoes and lemons are featured at 5.90 NIS per kilogram, while green peppers dropped to 6.90 NIS per kilogram compared to the regular 8.90 NIS.
The fruit and avocado section also features attractive prices, with red plums, peaches, and avocados selling for 8.90 NIS per kilogram. Yohananof emphasizes that these special discounts are valid for one day only, running until stores close tonight, and encourages shoppers to take advantage before stocks run out.
With the holiday season fast approaching and family expenses surging, Yohananof is extending its discounts beyond food items. Ahead of the Tishrei holidays and the back-to-school season, the chain launched an unprecedented deal on a highly sought-after item for children, offering brand-new bicycles at a market-breaking price of just 199 NIS.
