Yishpro and Tnuport Partner with Med-1 for 800M Shekel Data Center
Yishpro and Tnuport are joining forces with Med-1 to build an 18-megawatt data center in Beit Lid with an 800 million shekel investment, expanding into digital infrastructure.

Yishpro, controlled by Kidan Dahari and Yaron Adib, is entering the data center market through a massive 800 million shekel partnership with Med-1, owned by the Livnat family. According to Calcalist, subsidiary Tnuport, operating alongside Dahari's brother Tal-El Dahari, has signed an agreement to build an 18-megawatt data center on land in Beit Lid.
Asset Restructuring and Land Sale
As part of the transaction, Tnuport will sell 70% of its land rights in Beit Lid to Med-1 for 65 million shekels. Following the deal, Tnuport and Dahari will hold a 50% stake in the land, while Med-1 will hold the remaining 50%. Dahari and Adib previously merged Tnuport and Yishpro in 2024, creating an expansive portfolio of 26 income-producing properties, including commercial centers and cold storage facilities.
"Yishpro reported total assets of 3.4 billion shekels and equity of 690 million shekels at the end of 2025, alongside a net profit of 45 million shekels on revenues of 208 million shekels."
Expanding Data Center Footprint
Med-1, founded in 1997, operates four sites across Israel in Tel Aviv, Petah Tikva, Tirat Carmel, and Ramla. In July 2022, U.S.-based Berkshire Partners and the Van Rooyen Group acquired a 49% stake in Med-1 for 730 million shekels. The company is simultaneously developing another 18-megawatt data center in Petah Tikva in partnership with Mivneh, demonstrating a robust expansion strategy in Israel's digital infrastructure sector.
