Polling station secretaries are responsible for the proper management of the voting process and maintaining the integrity of the elections. Their duties include identifying voters, maintaining the protocol, opening and closing the polling station at the times set by law, and transferring voting materials and results to the regional committee. Applications for all positions must be submitted exclusively online via the official website of the Central Elections Committee.
Acting Director General of the Central Elections Committee, attorney Din Livne, stated that the secretaries are the "beating heart" of the election process and key professional figures at each polling station. Livne called on the public to take part in this important national mission. To assist with the selection process, the committee has established a dedicated call center and a special WhatsApp channel at 074-7655565.
