Haifa Resident Indicted for Smearing Feces and Threatening Neighbors and Police
An indictment has been filed against 39-year-old Diana Lev of Haifa. She is accused of rioting, property damage, threatening neighbors, and violently assaulting a police officer.
An indictment has been filed against 39-year-old Diana Lev from Haifa for assaulting a police officer, making threats, rioting, and property damage. Lev is accused of causing a disturbance at a residential building on HaKeshet Street, where she smeared cat feces on neighbors' doors and cut off the building's electricity.
The incident occurred on July 3, 2025. In addition to damaging property and smashing flower pots, the accused shouted threats at the residents:
"I will murder everyone here."
One neighbor also testified that she spat in his face. The situation escalated when a police officer arrived at the scene to arrest her. According to the indictment, after one of her hands was handcuffed, Lev attacked the officer, punched her in the temple, pulled her hair, and bit her fingers. The injuries sustained required medical treatment at the Rambam Medical Center.
During the assault, Lev knocked the officer to the ground, damaged her glasses and mobile phone, and continued to kick her while she lay on the ground, directly threatening her:
"I will ensure you die."
