Haredi family from the USA donates tefillin sets to IDF soldiers in honor of son's Bar Mitzvah
A family visiting from the US to celebrate their son's Bar Mitzvah donated 25 sets of tefillin to soldiers of the Paratroopers Brigade. During the ceremony, they expressed that it was a great privilege to support the soldiers and uphold the tradition.
A Haredi family from the United States presented 25 high-quality tefillin sets on Monday to soldiers of the Paratroopers Brigade. The initiative was carried out as part of the family's Bar Mitzvah celebrations as a token of appreciation for the IDF's activities.
The presentation ceremony took place in the presence of the soldiers and family representatives who arrived to hand over the sets to the fighters. In total, 25 sets were distributed to the brigade's soldiers.
The initiative was born from the family's decision to combine their son's personal milestone with support for IDF soldiers. The family members explained that they chose to donate the sets to express their gratitude for the forces' dedication.
"For us, it is the greatest privilege to celebrate our son's coming of age by strengthening IDF soldiers and maintaining the connection and tradition," the family members noted during the ceremony.
