A month and a half later - Sasson Shaulov to be prosecuted: "Conduct causing damage"
According to the indictment, Shaulov drove recklessly while traveling on Herzl Street in Tel Aviv and entered an intersection despite a red light. As a result, he blocked the path of another vehicle, leading to an accident in which the driver of the other vehicle and a passenger with him were injured.

About a month and a half after the accident in which he was involved with his vehicle in Tel Aviv, an indictment was filed against the singer Sasson Shaulov as part of traffic cases in the Tel Aviv District.
According to the investigators' findings, on July 3 at approximately 01:58, Shaulov was driving on Herzl Street in Tel Aviv, traveling from south to north, and approached the intersection with Derech Yafo — a signalized intersection where the traffic light system was operating properly at that time. At the same time, a Hyundai driver was driving on Derech Yafo from west to east and entered the intersection under the protection of a green light that was lit in the direction of his travel.
According to the indictment, Shaulov drove recklessly, did not pay attention to the road, and did not notice in time the traffic light in the direction of his travel and the involved vehicle approaching him.
As a result, he entered the intersection against a red light that was lit in his direction, blocked the path of the involved vehicle, and the two vehicles collided. In the accident, the driver of the involved vehicle and a passenger who was with him were injured, both required medical treatment, and both vehicles sustained damage.
In the indictment, Shaulov is charged with three offenses: driving through a red light, reckless driving, and conduct causing damage.
