Famous singer responds to rumors regarding Hayden Panettiere
James Blunt responded to information linking him to a disturbing story revealed by the actress a few months before her death. Panettiere recounted that at age 18, she was led to a room on a yacht with a famous naked man. After her death, speculations circulated online regarding Blunt's involvement. The singer shared an investigation highlighting time gaps between the photos and the timeline described by the actress.

British singer James Blunt addressed the rumors linking him to a disturbing story revealed by actress Hayden Panettiere a few months before her death at the age of 36.
Panettiere shared on content creator Jay Shetty's podcast that when she was 18, she was led by a friend to a small room on a yacht, where she was seated next to a very famous naked man. After Panettiere's death last August, the story received renewed attention, and many users pointed an accusing finger at the 52-year-old Blunt.
Blunt chose to address the speculations on the social network X, where he shared an article by former entertainment journalist Dean Piper that casts doubt on linking the event in question to him and presents notable time gaps. According to the investigation, the photos in which Blunt and Panettiere are seen together on a yacht, alongside Diana Jenkins and actor Justin Long, were taken at the Cannes Film Festival in 2009. At that time, Panettiere was 20 years old, not 18 as she was at the time of the event she described, and therefore the photos do not match the details of the story.
Alongside the accusations against Blunt, users raised a hypothesis that Jenkins, one of the stars of the show 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills', was the woman who led Panettiere to the room. A representative for Jenkins strongly rejected the claims, clarified that she is definitely not the woman in question, and even threatened legal action. It was noted on her behalf that the two only met when the actress was 19, a year after the incident.
Panettiere, who was found lifeless on August 16, described the case as a difficult experience, in which she realized she was in danger in the middle of the sea. Blunt shared the article seeking to clear his name alongside an eyes emoji, deleted it shortly after, and then reposted it.
