Three 13-14 year olds from Be'er Sheva indicted for forcing minors to perform sexual acts

Three teenagers aged 13–14 from Be'er Sheva have been indicted for threatening two other minors aged 14–15 and forcing them to perform sexual acts on each other, while filming the incident. The indictment was filed this Sunday at the District Youth Court.
According to the charges filed by Adv. Shirel Farjon of the Southern District Attorney's Office, the victims were returning home from a city park at night when they were accosted by the defendants, who were drinking alcohol and armed with a kitchen knife. For approximately two hours, the defendants subjected the victims to severe abuse.
"He took advantage of the fact that the complainants were frightened to degrade and humiliate them. The defendant did not leave them and did not let them go despite repeated requests from their side, until he achieved his goal. His severe actions indicate severe cognitive distortions," noted Adv. Farjon in her request to extend the detention of the main defendant.
The main defendant allegedly held a knife to the neck of one of the victims at least four times and deleted applications from the victim's phone to prevent tracking. Before fleeing, the defendants threatened the victims with harm to their families if they reported the incident.
The defendants are charged with group rape under aggravating circumstances, indecent acts, extortion, and obstruction of justice. The main defendant faces additional charges of rape under aggravating circumstances and violation of a legal order, as he committed these acts while under house arrest.
