In the dramatic episode of 'Married at First Sight' that aired last night on Keshet 12, the couples were forced to make the crucial decision of whether to end the process or continue the relationship they were matched with beyond the cameras.
After 42 days of ups and downs, the first couple who decided to continue their journey into real life are Laiky and Tomer, arguably one of the most compelling couples this season. Their relationship provided an exclusive glimpse into their daily lives and gave viewers moments that were rarely discussed on the show, such as the intimacy between partners.
Although we do not yet know if their relationship succeeded and was kept secret until this stage, the groom has already summarized the intense process in a post shared on his Instagram page. "The only thing Gilad told me about my match before the wedding was, 'You will have so much fun together'," Greenberg began.
"I expected him to tell me that we complement each other, that she is what my soul needs. But throughout this deep psychological process, I forgot about the most important thing — that it would simply be fun."
"Gilad, how right you were," Greenberg admitted to the expert who matched them. "We developed our own private language, which is a whole world. We devoured our time together and enjoyed every moment. We were inseparable. Our 42 days on the show were a whirlwind of emotions, with difficulties and hesitations. But the small moments in between, those not necessarily shown, were full of wide smiles, love, private jokes, and in Laiky's case, a rolling and captivating laugh."
"Television or not, there are things that cannot be faked. I received a partner whose time with is pure fun, and for that I am grateful," Greenberg concluded, full of gratitude to the experts, the process, and of course, the bride he was matched with.
In the upcoming episodes airing this Tuesday and Saturday night, the decisions of the other couples will be revealed: Neta and Evyatar, Noy and Evyatar, Noa and Ariel, and Asaf and Niv.
