Two-Year-Old Toddler Critically Injured After Falling From Balcony in Kiryat Yam
A two-year-old toddler is in critical condition after falling from a fourth-floor balcony in Kiryat Yam, following a recent similar incident involving a teenager in Eilat.

A two-year-old toddler fell this morning from a fourth-floor balcony in a residential building in Kiryat Yam, sustaining critical injuries. Magen David Adom (MDA) teams rushed to the scene and found the child unconscious, pulseless, and not breathing. They provided initial medical treatment and evacuated him to Rambam Health Care Campus in Haifa while performing resuscitation efforts.
MDA emergency medic Moshe Amsalem recounted that the child was found lying unconscious from a significant height. Paramedics immediately initiated medical treatment involving chest compressions, artificial ventilation, and medication administration, transferring him in an intensive care unit vehicle in critical condition.
This incident follows another recent tragedy where a 13-year-old girl fell from a height of five floors in Eilat, being evacuated to Joseftal Hospital in serious condition with multi-system trauma.
