Tel Aviv Stocks Close Lower as TA-35 Drops 0.49% Amid Global Pressures

Trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange closed in a negative trend across leading indices on Monday. The TA-35 index recorded a daily drop of 0.49% to close at 4,221.26 points, while the TA-125 index fell 0.57% to 4,077.21 points.

The declines came amid mounting pressure on global markets after U.S. President Donald Trump rejected an Iranian proposal aimed at advancing an agreement.

Doral Energy led the gainers with a 4.39% surge to 5,327 agorot, followed by Kenon Holdings up 3.09% to 20,010 agorot. Veridis rose 2.99% to 4,585 agorot, Tower Semiconductor gained 2.59% to 70,010 agorot, and Gilat Satellite Networks closed the top five with a 2.04% increase to 3,045 agorot.

Electra Real Estate led the losers, plunging 15.88% to 1,547 agorot. QualiTau dropped 6.91% to 32,580 agorot, Ashot Ashkelon Industries fell 5.73% to 1,530 agorot, Ashtrom Group declined 5.44% to 600.9 agorot, and Y.H. Dimri ended the negative list down 4.60% to 36,270 agorot.
