Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Closes Higher as TA-125 Gains 1.11%

The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange closed higher on Monday, led by a 1.11% gain in the TA-125 index. Arit Industries surged 12.70%, while Electra Real Estate led the market decliners.

The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange closed today with increases in its two major indices, as investor activity picked up across key sectors. The Tel Aviv 125 index rose by 1.11% to 4,125.98 points, while the Tel Aviv 35 index increased by 0.14% to 4,227.56 points.

Among the top five gaining stocks, the biggest winner was Ashot Ashkelon Industries, whose shares surged by 12.70% to reach 172,100 agorot. Palo Alto Networks followed closely, with its stock growing by 8.58% to 11,190,000 agorot.

Additional notable gainers included NICE, which saw its share price rise by 5.62% to 3,175,000 agorot. Opko Health increased by 4.34% to 47,890 agorot, and Ayalon shares grew by 4.05% to 1,925,000 agorot.

On the losing side, the sharpest decline was recorded by Electra Real Estate, whose stock plunged by 6.85% to 199,900 agorot. Nova took the second spot among decliners, dropping by 6.34% to 10,520,000 agorot.

Other declining equities included RP Optical, which lost 4.94% to 2,928,000 agorot. Tower Semiconductor shares fell by 4.84% to 6,108,000 agorot, and Ormat Technologies decreased by 4.68% to 2,850,000 agorot.
