Tal Morad reveals: 'A difficult period. I collapsed a bit lately'
After a short hiatus, model Tal Morad shared a candid update on Instagram. He explained that his recent low profile was due to a challenging mental period, emphasizing that it is important to speak openly about such struggles.

Between reserve duty, his relationship with model Michelle Algarbeli, and wrapping up filming for the series 'The Beauty Queen of Jerusalem', Tal Morad recently decided to scale back his daily activity on Instagram and TikTok. This morning, he uploaded a story explaining the reason behind his decision.
'I don't know how to write this without sounding a bit pathetic,' Morad began. 'It feels like I have disappeared from you a bit lately, because sometimes in life, when we take on too much, our mental state suffers. Studies, reserve duty, work, life itself—everything sometimes collapses in front of our eyes. Sometimes you need to know how to stop and tell yourself that everything is okay and that it is allowed to take a moment or two for yourself.'
He concluded: 'I collapsed a bit lately. I am happy that I have family, friends, and a stunning partner who is always with me. I will be back with you in a big way soon. It is important for me to tell you that I have been going through a difficult mental period lately; it is not a shame to talk about it. On the contrary.'
This is not the first time Morad has opened up about his mental health. Since the war began, he has shared his experiences following his reserve service. In a previous interview for the 'Spill It' podcast with Lilach Markovich, he spoke about the gap between his social media presence and his private life: 'There are moments I cannot share, mentally speaking. There are many ups and downs, and sometimes a very, very empty feeling.'
