SVCollege, a prominent high-tech training institution that has prepared thousands of students over the years, announced on Tuesday that it does not oppose a liquidation request filed against it, admitting it is facing severe insolvency. The response was submitted by S.V. Techpro, the company operating the college, through legal counsel Adv. Eyal Zeller. In its official court filing before Judge Noa Grossman, the company stated that severe cash flow difficulties and financial distress prevent it from continuing operations as a going concern or settling obligations to employees, students, and suppliers.

The liquidation petition was originally initiated by two former employees represented by Adv. Roi Shafir. According to the petition, the company has completely ceased operations, leaving behind substantial debts including unpaid salaries for August and September 2026, severance pay, pension contributions, and unfulfilled obligations to students who paid tuition for courses that will not take place.

Despite the shutdown, management emphasized that they worked tirelessly to secure alternative solutions for affected students. Several competing colleges have agreed to absorb the students at no additional cost to complete their studies. However, the college informed students that due to its severe financial condition, monetary refunds for unheld classes will unfortunately not be possible.
