The Soferin real estate group, controlled by Leon and Tzahi Soferin, published its financial results for the second quarter of 2026 and the first half of the year on Wednesday.

Key results: Revenues in the second quarter of 2026 rose by 27.2% to approximately 29 million NIS, compared to 22.8 million NIS in the second quarter of 2025. This growth was driven by an increase in engineering management and supervision services, which rose from 21.7 million NIS to 25.9 million NIS.

This revenue jump, occurring against the backdrop of losses recorded by many other real estate firms in Israel, stems from progress in the planning and licensing stages of the 'Migdalei Atid' project, as well as increased revenue from land inventory sales—rising from 981,000 NIS to 3 million NIS in the second quarter, largely due to advancements in the Beit Shemesh project.

Total revenue for the first half of the year reached 35.5 million NIS. In 2026, the company and its partners sold 17 apartments and a commercial unit across various projects, with a total sales volume of 88 million NIS, including the 'Ha-Em' project in Ramat Gan and 'Yoseftal' in Bat Yam.

Recently, the group announced the launch of 'Soferin Bniya,' its own construction arm. The company expects this move to have a qualitative impact on operations by strengthening execution capabilities, improving project oversight, and enhancing managerial and business flexibility.

"We are summarizing the second quarter with revenue growth, thanks in part to the progress of the 'Migdalei Atid' project, one of our flagship developments. Our decision to enter the construction execution field will significantly contribute to Soferin's focus on entrepreneurial projects and urban renewal," said CEO Leon Soferin.

In conclusion, Soferin stated that the management's extensive experience, combined with a strong project backlog and financial robustness, allows the company to continue leading forward for the benefit of its shareholders.
