Strauss Expands Yotvata Line: Now Dairy-Free
The familiar flavors of Yotvata arrive in a new version: Strauss has launched a series of soy-based chocolate drinks and iced coffee. The products carry a 'parve' kashrut certification, making them suitable for those who strictly separate meat and dairy.

Strauss is launching Yotvata V, a new product series featuring soy-based, dairy-free chocolate drinks and iced coffee. This line brings the signature flavors associated with Yotvata to consumers who choose to avoid milk.
The new products are manufactured at the new plant-based facility at the Michael campus in the Western Galilee. According to the company, the series is designed for a diverse audience, including vegans, those reducing milk consumption, and consumers seeking products with 'parve' kashrut certification.
The Yotvata V series currently includes chocolate drinks and iced coffee. These products join other plant-based items manufactured by Strauss, such as the Danone V soy-based series and Alpro products.
Liraz Sofrin, Marketing Director of Strauss Dairies, stated:
«Our aspiration at Strauss is to allow everyone to enjoy our beloved brands in a way that is suitable and right for them. We are happy to offer consumers who avoid milk or separate meat and dairy consumption the Yotvata V series — indulgent and tasty drinks, so that from today everyone can enjoy the taste of Yotvata».
The products will be marketed in 1-liter and 500-ml formats. The series holds 'parve' kashrut certification from Badatz Rubin and 'Beit Yosef' for the entire year. The products contain soy and may contain traces of nuts, including almonds.
