Strauss Makes a Strategic Move: New Product Hits Israeli Shelves
The food and beverage giant is expanding into the ready-made meals sector with a new stew in its "Strauss in a Box" series. The company aims to provide a quick, high-quality dining solution for busy consumers.

Strauss Group is the largest food and beverage company in Israel, comprising three main divisions: Strauss Israel, Strauss Coffee, and Strauss Water. The company is traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and operates in more than twenty countries worldwide.
Strauss continues to expand its operations, making a significant footprint in the ready-made meals sector. The company is launching a new product in the "Strauss in a Box" series: a red bean stew in a spicy tomato sauce with corn, designed to provide a quick, tasty, and nutritious solution for a busy routine.
This move marks a strategic shift for the brand from basic pantry staples toward a platform of complete meal solutions. The launch comes against the backdrop of evolving consumption habits and a rising demand for accessible, high-quality food. Today's consumers are looking to reduce time spent in the kitchen on busy days without compromising on nutritional value or taste.
Daniel Miron, Growth Engines Manager at Strauss, stated:
"We are identifying a change in consumption habits, as more and more people are looking for solutions that allow them to enjoy a good meal even on busy days, without compromising on taste."
Miron added:
"The new stew is part of our vision to transform "Strauss in a Box" from a pantry brand into a platform of meal solutions. The combination of red beans, corn, and spicy tomato sauce provides a rich culinary experience in a product that requires only a short heating before serving."
