State Cup Draw Pairs Hapoel and Maccabi Tel Aviv in Early Showdown

The 14 clubs of the Premier League joined the journey toward the 2026/27 State Cup on Thursday, with an immediate high-stakes derby clash between Hapoel Tel Aviv and Maccabi Tel Aviv set early in the tournament.

In other notable matchups, last season's finalists Hapoel Beer Sheva will travel away to face Bnei Sakhnin, while Beitar Jerusalem will host MS Ashdod, which dramatically eliminated Bnei Yehuda 4-3 after extra time. Another all-Premier League encounter will see Hapoel Jerusalem host Hapoel Haifa, and Maccabi Haifa will welcome Hapoel Ra'anana to Sammy Ofer Stadium.

The complete draw features a series of compelling fixtures across the divisions, offering lower-league sides a shot at an upset as the nation's premier knockout competition kicks off its next intense phase.
