During the inquiry, the driver provided the details of another person and identified himself as his brother. Upon checking, the officers discovered his true identity and also found that he was driving while under a court-ordered disqualification. The driver was arrested, and during his interrogation, it was further revealed that his driver's license had expired in 2008. His vehicle was impounded for 30 days.
At the conclusion of the investigation by the Galilee District traffic investigation unit, an indictment was filed against him at the Traffic Court in Akko through the Akko traffic prosecution branch.
