Emunah Women Host Appreciation Evening for Reservist Families

In the midst of the summer vacation, the women of the Emunah branch in Tiberias produced a special appreciation evening for dozens of reservist families. The event was intended to provide a few moments of respite, a warm embrace, and joyful hospitality for the children and their parents during this complex period.

During the evening, the families enjoyed a rich variety of activities built especially for them. The program was produced in collaboration with the Youth Center in Tiberias and included joint creative workshops for children and parents by the "Early Starters" association, a shofar workshop in the spirit of the month of Elul, and a special salute show for the children of reservists by Shaked "The Fairy of Tales". These activities gave the participants a few precious hours of shared recreation and a break from the routine.

Continuous support from the first moment

The evening is part of ongoing activity led by the women of Emunah in Tiberias for the benefit of reservist families since the outbreak of the war. Throughout the entire period, they have been acting out of a desire to help, to embrace, and to be a permanent address for the families. The volunteers hold bonding evenings for the wives of reservists and give gifts during the holidays.

In addition, they initiate activities for children and assist with daily needs such as cleaning and babysitting, alongside personal responses provided according to the needs that arise from the field. This blessed activity is led by the branch manager Noga Hadari, in collaboration with Aliza Srour Bendalak, manager of the Early Childhood Center.

"True partnership is measured by deeds"

The chairwoman of the Emunah movement, Yifat Sela, referred to the great spirit led by the volunteers in the field. Community action strengthens the home front and gives the strength to continue.

"Our national resilience is built from community, from the connection of hearts, and from quiet daily action that comes from the field. The women of the Emunah branch in Tiberias have been proving since the outbreak of the war that true partnership is not measured only by words, but by the small and large deeds that give the reservists and their families the air and the strength to continue. Together we will continue to act and we will win," Sela stated.
