Six years after their last joint project, Ilan Peled and Yael Poliakov — one of the most beloved and influential comedic duos on Israeli television — are returning to collaborate. The pair is currently working on two new comedy specials, which will be filmed within the coming month and broadcast on Reshet 13.

This intriguing reunion comes after six years of anticipation since the 2019 series "Ha-Noklot" (The Con Women), in which they starred as sisters Miri and Tikva. Over the years, they have established themselves as an extraordinary comedic duo, characterized by a wild, grotesque, and particularly satirical humor that has spawned countless unforgettable characters and catchphrases.

The shared path of Peled and Poliakov includes a long list of television staples, beginning with their breakthrough in "Ehad Ha-Am 1" and its sequel "Ehad Ha-Am 101," where Peled played the legendary Miri Pascal and Poliakov played Shula Namirovitz-Nimrodi. Later, in 2014, they joined "Eretz Nehederet" with the "Lehakat Arba" (The Four Band) sketch segment, created acclaimed comedic clips for Roi Bar-Natan's program "Ma Nisgar," and starred in satirical election sketches on the First Channel and Kan 11.

Now, their return to the screen is generating significant anticipation across the industry and social media. While details regarding the content of the new specials on Reshet 13 remain under wraps, their experience and undeniable chemistry promise a hilarious television event.
