Reality Star Shaked Biton Survives Hit-and-Run on Highway 4
Reality TV star Shaked Biton survived a high-speed hit-and-run on Highway 4, followed by a tense confrontation with the suspects. Biton criticized the slow police response and lack of personal security on roads.
A terrifying hit-and-run incident on Highway 4 left reality television star Shaked Biton shaken, after two speeding vehicles nearly caused his car to roll over. Biton, known for his appearance on Keshet 12's "Married at First Sight", shared the harrowing ordeal on his Instagram account, detailing a high-speed collision, a threatening confrontation, and expressing sharp criticism of the Israel Police's response time.
The High-Speed Collision on Highway 4
According to Biton's account, the incident unfolded while he was driving northward on Highway 4. He stated that two Toyota Corolla vehicles were speeding recklessly down the road when one of them struck his vehicle with immense force, nearly causing it to flip over.
"The people in the picture almost killed me," Biton wrote in his emotional post. "I heard a screech from a Toyota Corolla's exhaust, and a second later the same screech from another Corolla. Only this time the car rammed into me, and in a fraction of a second I managed to prevent an accident that could have ended in death. I estimate they were going at least 180 km/h. They didn't stop, they fled. Fled."
Threatening Confrontation and Police Delay
After the offending vehicles fled the scene, Biton pursued them until they came to a stop. Upon confronting the six individuals involved, one of them aroused suspicion by concealing a suspicious object under his shirt and advancing threateningly. In an attempt to keep them at bay until authorities arrived, Biton presented himself as a member of the security forces.
Biton heavily criticized the authorities, stating that the Israel Police arrived at the scene only after a full hour. Upon checking the details, officers discovered that the fleeing vehicle lacked valid insurance.
Concluding his message to his hundreds of thousands of followers, Biton emphasized that his outcry stemmed from a deep sense of lawlessness and a lack of personal security on the roads, rather than property damage.
