Greetings from the 80s: The iconic refrigerator brand lands in Israel
After years of absence from the local market, the home appliance giant, through Miniline, is bringing back the American brand with a new series of refrigerators adapted for the Israeli kitchen. The new series includes four-door models, zero-clearance models, and bottom-freezer models, with volumes of up to 812 liters.
Those who were born here in the eighties and nineties probably grew up with the phenomenon: brands so strong that their names simply replaced the actual word in the lexicon. Just as "Pelephone" became the word for any mobile phone and "Artik" for any popsicle on a stick - that is exactly what happened with Frigidaire. The iconic American name that once became the most common synonym in Israel for a home refrigerator.
Now, after years of absence from the European and local market, the veteran brand - which holds a legacy of more than a hundred years in the cooling world - is making an official comeback to Israel. The one responsible for the return to the country is the Miniline group (importer of Electrolux, AEG, Beko, and more), which is currently launching a new series of refrigerators in a variety of volumes and configurations.
The new Frigidaire line is designed to bridge the gap between nostalgia and the familiar name and the current demands of the Israeli kitchen, while incorporating advanced cooling technologies and efficient use of storage space. In the series, one can find everything from large-volume family refrigerators to "zero-clearance" and built-in models, designed to integrate in a uniform line with kitchen cabinets:

4-door refrigerator with a volume of 812 liters: The largest model in the series, includes a Digital Inverter compressor, a uniform air distribution system, a stainless steel back, a wide Chill Zone drawer, fast cooling/freezing modes, SMART mode, and Shabbat mode. The structure uses advanced insulation materials that allow for maximum internal volume without increasing external dimensions. Offered in stainless steel or blackened stainless steel finish.

4-door refrigerator with a volume of 544 liters (zero-clearance): Adapted for flush installation in the kitchen, equipped with a Metal Cooling 360+ system and a Chill Flex Zone drawer with variable temperature (from 4 degrees for vegetables to minus 4 for fresh meat). Offered in brushed matte gray glass or black glass finish.

4-door refrigerator with a volume of 567 liters: Includes a stainless steel back for improved cooling, an economical vacation mode, and Fresh Zone drawers. Comes in a variety of finishes: stainless steel, blackened stainless steel, white or black glass.

Bottom-freezer refrigerator with a volume of 499 liters: Designed for more compact spaces, includes a pull-out freezer on telescopic rails, 360-degree air distribution, and Shabbat mode. Offered in stainless steel, blackened stainless steel, or white.
All refrigerators in the series operate with No Frost technology, and they will be available in electrical appliance chains and authorized stores across the country at prices starting from 4,660 shekels.
