After a dramatic meltdown at the US Open final, Belarusian tennis star Aryna Sabalenka decided to take a short break from the court to clear her head. The 28-year-off star lost to Elena Rybakina in New York, smashed her racket in frustration, and faced a fine before stepping away from the tour for a much-needed reset.
Milan Fashion Week Debut
Trading her tennis whites for high fashion, Sabalenka recently made a striking appearance at Vogue World: Milan, held inside the iconic Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. Wearing a shimmering chocolate-brown Gucci dress designed by Demna, she walked the runway and later joined fellow participants on stage to the sounds of Umberto Tozzi's classic hit "Gloria".
Before taking her first steps on the catwalk, Sabalenka received a private masterclass from supermodel Irina Shayk in the rehearsal room. Sharing her excitement online, the tennis player wrote that it was a dream come true to walk the runway in Milan for Gucci, thanking Vogue for the incredible opportunity.
