Revolution on the battlefield: The mobile kit that will change military intelligence
An Israeli company unveils a mobile tactical kit that allows frontline soldiers to extract critical information from phones and drones in real-time, without the need for a rear laboratory or network connection.

Cellebrite announced on Wednesday the launch of C-TEK, a mobile tactical extraction kit designed to provide real-time field intelligence for military forces. The new kit is packed in a standard backpack and includes ruggedized hardware and all-in-one software, allowing teams on the front lines to quickly extract and prioritize information from phones, SIM cards, drones, and portable storage devices.
In modern warfare, the intelligence contained in digital devices is a critical operational component, but it has a very short lifespan. Until now, sending devices to laboratories and investigating them required days or months, which often caused the information to become outdated. The new Cellebrite kit is designed to close this gap by allowing every soldier and operator in the field to access data even in disconnected environments, without relying on a single intelligence analyst or sending equipment to a rear laboratory.
Marcus Joel, Chief Revenue Officer at Cellebrite, addressed the launch and explained the operational need:
"Field intelligence has an expiration date measured in minutes, not months. With C-TEK, we are equipping combat forces with the ability to capture data and act on it before it disappears. It is about providing units with the tools to perform their missions with the intelligence they need, exactly where and when it matters most."
The launch of C-TEK is the first step in a broader move by Cellebrite to develop end-to-end field intelligence solutions. Among other things, the company is currently developing local artificial intelligence capabilities, upgraded tools for drone forensics, and a mobile version of the Pathfinder analysis platform, with the goal of expanding the operational capabilities of forces in the field.
