Revolution at Terminal 3: New VIP Lounge Opens at Ben Gurion Airport
At a festive event held at Ben Gurion Airport, the new VIP lounge in Terminal 3 was officially launched, operated by Jetex and the Layam company, owned by Teddy Sagi.
This week, a new VIP lounge opened in Terminal 3, operated by Jetex and the Layam company. The launch event was attended by Rotem Notkevich-Yaakov, CEO of American Express (Isracard), Layam co-CEOs Sharon Ogbel and Itay Lev, as well as senior business figures and members of the press.
American Express Centurion and Platinum cardholders are now eligible for complimentary access to the lounge. The project is a collaboration between Layam, part of the Teddy Sagi Group, and Jetex, a global operator of luxury lounges and private aviation terminals across more than 40 international locations.

Located in the duty-free complex near the synagogue, the 250-square-meter lounge is designed to meet the prestigious standards of the global Jetex brand. The facility features sophisticated furniture, ambient lighting, an authentic Israeli menu curated by chef Eitan Mizrahi, a dessert bar by Dudu Otmazgin, Nespresso coffee, and a selection of premium international spirits. The lounge serves as a quiet sanctuary for waiting, working, or conducting business meetings, away from the bustle of the main terminal.
Premium class passengers and eligible club members are granted free entry. American Express Centurion and Platinum cardholders can access the lounge by presenting their physical card (digital wallets are not accepted). Guest entry is permitted according to the terms outlined on the American Express website, following an exclusive agreement between American Express and Jetex.
