US Accuses Ukraine of Targeting Energy Vessels in the Black Sea
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio accused Ukraine of attacking US-owned energy vessels in the Black Sea, urging President Volodymyr Zelensky to seek an end to the war.

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio accused Ukraine on Monday of attacking US-owned energy vessels in the Black Sea. In an interview with Breitbart, Rubio stated that numerous American companies had lodged complaints regarding the strikes.
Energy Crisis Concerns
"We do not need any situation that will worsen the global energy crisis," Rubio emphasized following the incidents. He subsequently called on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to find a pathway to end the ongoing conflict.
"Zelensky needs to be focused on bringing an end to this war," Rubio stated, while simultaneously denying claims that the Trump administration has halted intelligence sharing.
Rising Tensions
These accusations unfold against a backdrop of escalating diplomatic friction between Washington and Kyiv. Recently, US President Donald Trump announced the import of diesel fuel from Russia to alleviate domestic price pressures while negotiating with the Kremlin.
