Behind every media outlet, video, or digital community lies a business that must distribute content, manage data, work with partners, and generate revenue. Standing at this intersection is Roundtable, a media technology company founded by Eyal Herzog and James Heckman, which has announced a $5 million investment from Naor Baruch, its senior strategic advisor and crypto billionaire known for the television show "Towers".

Investment Details and Nasdaq Listing

The investment in the company, traded on Nasdaq under the ticker RTB, was executed at a price of $11.13 per share. This follows a previous $5 million funding round from entities associated with the company, bringing the total of both investments to $10 million. The funding comes as Roundtable prepares to announce an upcoming strategic partnership.

Roundtable's platform is designed for professional media organizations, centralizing tools for content publishing and distribution, monetization, community and data management, partner content syndication, and payment processing into a single system. By integrating artificial intelligence and decentralized finance (DeFi) technologies, the platform connects content operations with the underlying business infrastructure.

Strategic Expansion and Long-Term Commitment

Baruch, the founder and CEO of Singapore-based investment firm Algo Blessed, joined Roundtable in June 2026 as a senior strategic advisor. In this role, he assists in expanding its network of investors and strategic partners across Singapore, Dubai, and Tel Aviv. Alongside his efforts to develop the company's international relations, he is now investing capital directly.

"Content is the heart of a media organization, but building a business around it requires connecting distribution, data, partners, and revenue," said Naor Baruch. "Roundtable has built technology that connects these pieces and addresses the daily workflow of professional media groups."

The investment is accompanied by a long-term holding commitment: Baruch's shares are subject to a one-year lock-up period, after which they will be released in four equal quarterly tranches starting from May 12, 2027, through February 2028. These terms align with the long-term holding structure adopted by the company's founders, executives, and key investors.
