Rita is moved by Sagi Dekel-Chen: "There are no words to describe the excitement I feel from you"

Singer Rita could not ignore the moment, and on Tuesday, she shared the performance on her Instagram account. She showered him with love and added words of encouragement and support.
"Sagi, my beloved, I have no words to describe the excitement I feel from you," Rita wrote over the video.
In the footage she published, the hostage survivor explains his connection to the song "Days of Innocence" (Yamei HaTom), which he sang on stage:
"It's not like when you are in a hurry to take the girls to kindergarten or are late for work; when you have time, you are free for all the words. One sentence can suddenly dictate a whole life to you."

"Sentences like: 'Time that will remain and there is no mercy, I have no regrets or hopes for myself, this is all there is'," he shared, reflecting on the words that made him rethink life. "And it doesn't matter at all what this song was written about, really. What matters is what the song is about now."
As recalled, at the end of the show, Dekel-Chen played a special recording from Rita:
"Rita could not get here today, but that is perfectly fine because she was not with me there either (in captivity), but she recorded a special performance for me for today," he said before playing the piece.
