Religious Zionism Seeks Deal with Haredi Party Ahead of Elections
Intense talks are reportedly underway between Religious Zionism and Motti Leitner's party over a potential withdrawal, with guarantees offered by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Intense negotiations have been underway in recent days between the "Religious Zionism" party and the party of Motti Leitner, aimed at securing the latter's withdrawal from the upcoming Knesset elections. Meetings between the sides explored various incentives, including public recognition and guarantees from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Several proposals were reportedly discussed, including a joint press conference with the prime minister, a written agreement safeguarding the future political strength of the party, and appointing Leitner as a special project commissioner for the ultra-Orthodox public.
In exchange, Leitner would instruct his supporters to cast their ballots for "Religious Zionism", citing ideological and educational alignment. Meanwhile, the "Haredi Public" party denied the rumors, stating: "The Haredi Public party will run all the way. A massive convention will be held this coming Saturday night at Binyanei HaAuma, and election headquarters have just been established. We will be the surprise of the elections."
