Flammable material container at the scene: Minor arrested on suspicion of setting fire to a vehicle in Haifa

Police officers from the Haifa station began an investigation overnight following a report of a vehicle that caught fire on Herzl Street in the Hadar neighborhood. Upon arrival at the scene, officers began collecting evidence and conducting searches, during which a container holding flammable material was discovered.

As part of the investigation, police employed various investigative techniques, which led to the identification of a minor suspected of involvement in the act.

Following searches conducted by Haifa station officers in coordination with the "Oz" municipal policing unit, the suspect was located and arrested for questioning. The police intend to request that the court extend his detention based on the findings of the investigation.
