For the second time: Keren Peles and Miri Mesika "get married" on stage
As part of their joint show, which has become one of the year's biggest successes, Keren Peles and Miri Mesika reprised their "wedding" segment. This time, the performance featured a role-swap and followed a health scare just days before the show.

The moment that captivated the audience returns: Keren Peles and Miri Mesika "got married" again on stage as part of their joint show, which has become one of the biggest successes of the year. The two singers, who are marking 20 years of friendship and creative collaboration, turned the "ceremony" into one of the highlights of the performance.
The two met back in 2005 at the Rimon School of Music and have since remained close friends and creative partners, with Peles writing hits for Mesika such as "November" and "Leshem." The "wedding" segment was born at a Valentine's Day show, when Mesika took the stage in a wedding dress and Peles in a suit resembling a groom's attire, ending with the tossing of the bridal bouquet into the audience.
The quest for a wedding dress
Ahead of their latest performance, the segment took an amusing turn. Peles shared that after joking with Mesika, "Why are you always in a dress and I'm in a suit? Let's switch," she went out to find a wedding dress for the show at the Menora Arena—a task she hadn't tackled in years. The drama didn't end there: just days before the show, Peles suffered from food poisoning but did everything in her power to recover in time for their joint "wedding."
Ultimately, the moment went as planned, once again proving why their sold-out joint show is considered one of the most talked-about cultural events of the year, thanks to its perfect blend of humor and music.
