Israel Police Vow Zero Tolerance for Disruptions at Tel Aviv Hostages Rally
Israel Police Commissioner Danny Levi vowed zero tolerance for disruptions at the Tel Aviv Hostages Square rally, following warnings from organizers over alleged plans by political agitators to sabotage the event.

Israel Police Commissioner Danny Levi issued a stern warning ahead of Saturday evening's demonstration at Hostages Square in Tel Aviv, declaring a zero-tolerance policy toward any attempts to disrupt the rally or provoke participants.
"Anyone attempting to sabotage tonight's demonstration at Hostages Square, provoke unrest, or instigate clashes will encounter a resolute police force that will show zero tolerance for violence or public disorder," Levi stated. The commissioner emphasized that the warning is directed exclusively at agitators rather than organizers or citizens exercising their right to protest.
The police warning follows an official notice submitted by the October Council, which alerted law enforcement to credible information regarding alleged political plans to disrupt the gathering. According to the council, reliable sources indicated that individuals linked to coalition parties intended to infiltrate the rally, introduce unauthorized signs, and provoke confrontations.
The October Council urged the public to arrive early, anticipate traffic disruptions, and refrain from any provocations. Entitled "For Them, For Us," the Saturday evening rally brings together bereaved families, freed hostages, reservists, and citizens demanding the immediate establishment of a state commission of inquiry into the events surrounding October 7.
