Yahya Abu-Aday (23) from Rahat exploited his proximity to a girl who had not yet turned 5 years old to perform indecent acts upon her for sexual gratification. This is according to an indictment filed against him at the District Court in Beersheba by attorney Noa Shuker from the Southern District Prosecutor's Office.

The indictment, which is under a publication ban due to the involvement of a minor, details the severe acts committed by the man, using his power and imposing authority over the child. The prosecution has also filed a request to keep him in custody until the end of the legal proceedings.

The actions of a 17-year-old resident of the Negev were equally severe. He exploited the fact that he was older than his nephew, when the child was 10 and 12 years old, to commit repeated acts of sexual abuse. He committed these acts multiple times before being arrested and interrogated.

The case file was transferred to the Southern District Prosecutor's Office, where attorney Ayelet Kadosh formulated a severe indictment based on the evidence. This document is under a publication ban given that it concerns a minor offender and victim, but it details the crimes committed by the teenager against his relative. Alongside the indictment, a request was filed with the court to keep him in custody until the end of the legal proceedings.
