As part of this strategic move, the company acquired the AdvisorOS platform and appointed its founder, Adi Lev, as Head of AI and Innovation. The acquisition aims to accelerate Phoenix Brokers' AI capabilities and integrate advanced technologies directly into its core business operations.
Adi Lev brings over two decades of experience in technology, data, and artificial intelligence, including a decade in leading roles at Walmart Global, where he spearheaded the development of innovative AI-driven solutions.
This initiative is part of a broader plan by Phoenix Brokers to embed data and AI capabilities across all group activities. The objective is to enhance the customer experience, empower insurance agents, streamline operational workflows, and establish a robust technological foundation to support future growth.
