Orly Pascal Appointed VP of Human Resources at Adama
After 20 years of senior management experience at Phoenix, Cellcom, and Teva, Orly Pascal joins the global management team of the crop protection company Adama as VP of Human Resources.
The company Adama, a global leader in crop protection, has announced the appointment of Orly Pascal as VP of Human Resources and her addition to the company's global management team. In her new role, Pascal will manage the company's global human resources system, while focusing on promoting organizational strategy, developing managers and employees, and strengthening organizational capabilities.
Pascal brings over 20 years of senior management experience in human resources at leading organizations. Previously, she served as VP of Human Resources and Deputy CEO of the Phoenix Group, and held the position of VP of Human Resources at Cellcom, as well as various senior roles at Teva. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale organizational change and leadership development processes both in Israel and globally. She holds an MBA from the College of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the Hebrew University.
