Pop Star Odia Azoulay to Study Neuroscience at Bar-Ilan University
Israeli singer Odia Azoulay, 25, is taking a surprising turn in her booming career by enrolling in a neuroscience auditing course at Bar-Ilan University.

Sold-out shows, top charts hits, prestigious year-end titles, and a new EP gaining momentum. At just 25, Odia Azoulay is experiencing a booming musical career, but between her next performance and the recording studio, the singer is plotting a slightly less predictable path that doesn't involve a microphone.
It was learned on Thursday that Azoulay will join Bar-Ilan University next semester for brain science studies as an auditing student in a course on chapters in neuroscience. While a full degree isn't on the horizon just yet, we are certain the other students will be thrilled with the new addition. The big question remains: where does she find the time?
What lies behind this surprising choice? Pure curiosity, a love for the field, or perhaps a quest for fresh inspiration? Only time will tell. It is worth noting that Noa Kirel made a similar move back in 2023, when she decided to join a psychology course at Reichman University.
