Intriguing high-tech appointment: former airbase commander named Chairman of Massivit
Brigadier General (res.) Gabi Shahor has been appointed Chairman of the Board of the technology company Massivit. He will lead a strategic initiative to deepen the company's penetration into the defense and aviation sectors both in Israel and globally.

Brigadier General (res.) Gabi Shahor has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of the 3D printing technology company Massivit. Shahor will replace Yaron Yehezkel, who has held the position for the past five years and will continue to serve as an active board member.
The move is part of the company's strategic plan to focus its activities on the defense and aviation sectors in local and global markets. The incoming chairman brings decades of experience in command, management, and business entrepreneurship. Previously, he served in the Air Force as commander of the Palmachim airbase and as commander of the unmanned aerial vehicle array. After his discharge from the IDF, he served as CEO of leading technology and defense companies and led international strategic collaborations.
In his new role, he will work in close cooperation with the company's CEO, Yossi Azarzar. Yaron Yehezkel, the outgoing chairman, noted that Massivit is now entering an advanced stage of maturing relationships with leading defense entities worldwide, stating:
"Gabi's unique background and deep familiarity with the industry make him the most suitable person to lead the company at this stage."
CEO Yossi Azarzar emphasized that Shahor's appointment constitutes a precise strategic reinforcement that will help accelerate growth and expand the company's international footprint. Gabi Shahor stated that the company's technology provides a groundbreaking response to critical production challenges in the defense industries and pledged to work with management to realize the business potential in target markets.
Massivit currently holds more than 50 registered patents and serves customers in about 40 countries. Its technology enables a significant reduction in production times and solves bottlenecks in the defense, aviation, automotive, and shipping industries.
