While many teenagers spend their afternoons playing network games, 16-year-old Noam Zavin, a 10th-grade student from Petah Tikva, prefers to develop them. His primary project in recent months is Plaxzy, a platform that allows users not only to play, but also to generate entire AI-based games without any prior coding knowledge, and then share them with others.

"I really love computer games and technology, and I always wanted to create games myself rather than just play," Zavin shares. "I’ve been gaming since I was young, mostly Minecraft and Fortnite, and I used to invent games on the computer, with cards, and board games. I knew a bit of coding from school and from my parents, but not at a level where I could develop everything I wanted by myself."

The turning point came with the introduction of artificial intelligence tools. Initially, Zavin used ChatGPT through its website, asking it to write game code, copying the code into computer files, and trying to run it. As technological tools advanced, so did his mastery of development. Today, he primarily uses Claude, which can work directly on files to build and modify games independently. Working alongside his father, Shlomi Zavin—a high-tech veteran with over two decades of product development experience serving as his mentor—Noam retains full creative and managerial control over Plaxzy.

Currently, hundreds of people visit Plaxzy daily, with many returning users discovering the platform directly or via Google ads. Zavin himself creates roughly three to four new games daily using AI. The platform's economic model is currently based on Plax, a virtual currency that users can purchase to build and edit games, offsetting the API and token costs associated with AI generation.

Looking to the future, Zavin’s ambitions are vast: "I want to turn Plaxzy into one of the largest gaming sites in the world, with millions of users coming to play, create, and share games. I want to continue developing the game creator until anyone can build almost any game they imagine, without knowing how to program."
