Today (Sunday), an AI-generated song and music video was published on Netanyahu's Instagram page, featuring mockery directed at ynet journalist Ronen Bergman and Channel 12 legal commentator Guy Peleg.
The video, titled "Spin Spin", opens with Bergman holding a fidget spinner with fans operating in the background, while Peleg is shown standing in a television studio. The song criticizes what its creators present as a media "spin": a deliberate strategy allegedly designed to use information manipulatively to influence public opinion regarding Netanyahu.
The fan and spinner serve as metaphors for media manipulation within the video. According to the message conveyed by the creators, the media storm does not necessarily reflect reality. Among other lines, the song claims that opening a window reveals "actually a bright day," followed by the lyric "it's only a fan," attempting to portray coverage and storms as more dramatic than they truly are.
This video joins a series of AI clips previously published on the Prime Minister's account that sparked online reactions. One prominent clip included the song "Squishy Party", featuring dolls resembling Avigdor Lieberman and Gadi Eisenkot changing shape when squeezed, while a doll depicting Netanyahu remained unchanged.
